Our company contracted Alpine Chimney Sweeps to clean chimneys for our customers who are having new boilers installed. Alpine responded immediately to our requests. We found Mr. Casey and his staff to be thoroughly professional and courteous. They keep us informed as to appointments made as well as calls made with messages left to schedule appointments. Our customers are very pleased. One of our customers said that on a scale of 1-10, she would give Alpine a 12!

I liked the fact that they give you a block of time in which they will come (i.e. from 8am to 1pm) and then acutal call when they are on there way which was at 10:30am.

I hired them to fix the damper in my fireplace and clean it. The cleaning was fine and they did not leave a mess at all, but the damper still leaks air after they installed a new one.

I purchased a groupon for an inspection and cleaning. The "technician" decided to try to scam me and showed me a piece that was broken off in my chimney, but I have cameras in and around my house and I saw him place in the back of the flue and then tried to sell me a $1,500 liner that was ready to go on the back of the truck. When our backs were turned he took the piece back to use on the next unsuspecting person. I will be contacted the Better Business Bureau - but they already have an F rating there. What a scam do not trust this company.

We as a company who have been in business for many years have not ever had this kind of complaint before. Without being given proof from the customer we released the employee from our employ. The customer states that he has cameras inside and out and is unwilling to share the footage so we can take further action. We are not in the business of scamming or deception. We have always been a company who works well with our customers to the best of our ability and best humanly possible. As far as our rating with BBB is due to the fact that we do not belong to the Better Business Bureau.

chimney leaked like a sieve after they repointed it to stop the leaks I already had. Had to hire another company a year later to fix the problem.

Went with this company on the cleaning of our chiminey and they basically charged us $160 to only clean out the base of our chiminey! They put no scrubs or nothing else up into the actual chiminey and even damaged a portion of the chiminey creating an actual CO danger exactly like the salesmen that came out was warning us against...Lesson learned on this company, very poor service for work we could have done a better job on ourselves...
