Ginger was very responsive and easy to work with. She worked around my schedule which I appreciated. The maid that was sent was 20 minutes late, but she did call to say that she was running late and was unfamiliar with the area. The job they did was professional and was completed in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend Absolute Cleaning and will use them again.

I just now booked Absolute Cleaning, Inc. The company is the only one that I've found that offers a flat cleaning rate; all others have an al a carte with basics that are not needed or provide service without supplying cleaning supplies, but are still required. The owner is very pleasant on the phone, understanding and helpful.

Ginger was very prompt contacting me and coordinated service for me the same week. The professional she sent worked within the time I had asked for and completed the major items, as well as some of the additional cleaning I had requested. While there were a few minor things that were missed...I feel like those will be easily resolved in the future as she is more acquainted with what I want done. I plan to used them again!
