Shay came early (which was great for us). She was very pleasant and did a superb job. Ginger was a joy to work with getting this scheduled and taken care of. (It was over a holiday weekend, and I called at the last minute). I will definitely call Absolute Cleaning back in the future when I have a need for their services... 5 STARS!!!!!

Very prompt communication, great prices, and easy scheduling. There were a few things left not as clean as I would have liked, but I am certain that will be rectified in the future visits. :) Overall they're great!

I am personally involved with each client's scheduling and cleaning needs before the appointment and ask for feedback afterwards. This client is now set for every other week. During the 1st visit we left cat fur on the couch and overlooked some shelves in the bathroom but have since corrected those mistakes.

I used them a couple of times. The first time was spactacular. I got set up on a recurring schedule. The second time was so-so, after being rescheduled. The third time they didn't tell me they were even comming that day, so I wasn't able to tell my apt office. Then they were going to come back the next day. 5 days later nobody came. Now I'm looking for a new service. I had recommended them to friends, but had to take it back.

This client was set for every other week on a specific day. Apparently she forgot the appointment, which is fine but we followed the schedule. When I spoke with the client after the 2nd visit she told me the cleaning was fine, I had no idea that it was just "so-so". I've since offered the client a 50% refund on her $75.00 fee. When a client is frank with me I can solve issues.

Great attention to detail! I hired Absolute Cleaning to help me get my home back in shape. I initially intended a one or time service but was so happy with the work, I signed up for routine service.

A representaitive arrived promptly at 0845hrs, and started working immediately. I was surprised how quickly each task was completed, in self initiated detail. I was able to relax, knowing the work would be performed by a competent person.

The cleaning went Ok, the individual they sent is a very conscientious person and does a good job. My only comment is that the initial cleaning took a little longer than my wife and I was expecting (7hrs.) and a couple of rooms still did not get completed.

This client is now set for monthly service. His wife wanted 6 hours for a spring cleaning on the first visit on a 3,000 sq. ft. home. We went over one hour and she asked us to leave the laundry room and the half bath for next time. By the way, the client received a $25 refund.
