Was disappointed with the tardy arrival; however she did an excellent job cleaning our house.

The cleaner got lost but we did call the client ahead of time and arrived half an hour late. The client was very happy with the cleaning service provided.

Although the woman arrived 15 minutes late, she got right to it. She did an outstanding job. Everything looks brand new! Very efficient and did everything I asked her to do (even the baseboards!!!). She kept apologizing for taking so long (7 1/2 hrs), but I haven't had my house really cleaned in a very long time, so I expected it to take awhile. She really didn't need to apologize. I expect that the next time I use her, it will take less tiime. I liked her so much, I plan to request her the next time I need my house cleaned.

The maid show up on time and did an adequate job.

This client uses our services every other week and told me that he was very happy with the cleaning service and with the cleaner, so I was a bit surprised by this mediocre rating. I called him again, after seeing this rating, for any feedback and he again stated that everything was wonderful. ???

Leslie, the lady who was assigned to me, called to tell me she was on her way and when she got stuck in traffic, she called to let me know this. I really appreciated that. When she arrived, I explained what I wanted done and showed her around the house. I had to leave for an appointment and didn't get back until she was done, but she called to tell me she was finished with everything and how much time she have Ginger bill me for. She also left me a written note confirming all of this. She was very thorough and did a wondeful cleaning job. I would use her again, for sure.

Ginger, who set up the service for me on the phone was absolutely wonderful to work with and went out of her way to please me. Wendy, who did the cleaning did a fabulous job on my son's apartment. She was very diligent and thorough in her cleaning and brought her own supplies which was nice. The apartment looked great. Both Ginger and Wendy were so pleasant and cared that I was pleased with the service. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again!
