Staff showed up on time and worked non-stop until 6:30pm, did a good job with everything we requested she clean. Have scheduled a 2nd follow up visit to complete the last 2 rooms of our home. Would recommend Abosolute Cleaning to anyone needing a good house cleaning service.

I had another service for over a year and kept hoping they would do a better job the next time they came, but I was always disappointed. Absolute Cleaning personnel did the job expertly and thoroughly. I could not be more pleased with this service. Finally, someone who takes pride in what they do and cares about their clients.

the service arrived an hour and a half late but called to let me know. We walked the house and I indicated a few items of concern: cobwebs, bathroom vanity drawers and cabinets, window sills, etc. They then set to work for five hours and did, not what I asked them to do, but what they typically do which did not include my requests but was well done anyway. They then asked me to pay with cash instead of the agreed to (in advance) credit card. I just happend to have the cash on me. It was all a little weird but my house is very clean and I am satisfied.

I'm the owner of the company, Ginger. I personally took the cleaner to this client's home. We were thirty minutes late, not an hour and a half. Arrival time was 9:30AM, we arrived at 10AM. I called the client ten minutes past 9:30am to let him know that I was lost. I dropped off the cleaner. Later, as I was en route to pick up the cleaner I called the client and asked if he'd like to pay by card or if he wanted to pay cash, he said he had cash. He told me that he was happy and gave the cleaner a $20 tip. I personally inspected the job, all windowsills, cabinet vanities and cobwebs were cleaned. I'm surprised by his comments.

Initial contact, owner seemed willing to please. Cleaner was late, seemed to spot clean as oppose to actually clean. Had own products but house did not smell clean or sanitized. Had to point out missed areas. Decided to try another cleaner with same company; still seemingly aimed to please; however on expected date and time, call received that cleaner was not coming. Set appt. for another date, but no confirmation call received nor did cleaner show up. Tried to reach company manager several times and left messages to no avail. Very disappointed with excuses. Do not recommend.

I DID call this client before her 2nd scheduled appointment, three days prior, and explained to her that her desired arrival time of 6PM was just too difficult to arrange, that the cleaners like to work during the daytime hours. Regarding the first time we cleaned for her, because the client wanted the time to be very short for a first time clean, just 3 hours, from 6PM-9PM, by the way, for a 4BR, 2.5 bath, 2,300 sq. ft. home, the cleaner was limited in what she could accomplish.

She later discovered, after she posted this rating, that her receipt WAS emailed to her. It had gone into her junk box. Other than this issue, she told me she was very happy with the cleaning job.

Julie came, looked the house over and asked what I neededto have cleaned. After the walk through she went to work right away and she did not stop until all the items that I needed to be cleaned were spotless.

Absolute Cleaning, Inc. provided a good service to get the house cleaned. Cleaner was a little late but called to let me know. Cleaned the areas I requested, I provided direction to what I wanted done and priority. Would like to have seen a little bit more proactivity on scope and quality, but a good first cleaning, I will now proivde more detail and direction in the future to ensure all the work is done that I want. Will use going forward. Fair pricing and value.
