Write a ReviewExcellent work by Donna
The cleaning was excellent
Easy to use and very thorough cleaning.
Very friendly, got me setup quick. Came on a last minute.
Cleaner was very nice and pleasant to deal with. She was not available when we first needed her, but after explaining our situation with her manager, they were nice enough to make a special exception for us. To clean a two-story house would have taken at least 8-hours but she did a lot of work in just four. Kudos to Absolute Cleaning, Inc.
Happy to help!
Great service making completing this project easy.
Katina was very detailed oriented, and I am ex military, so that meant a lot to me.
I loved the services provided they workers were very friendly and fast
I feel that the areas skipped should have been cleaned with gloves and disposal cloth / paper towel.
She's referring to the laundry room which had a lot of rat feces and standing water in it due to a plumbing issue! Her total fee for the entire job was under $75.
I WISH I could have given a 4+ star review like most of the latest reviews BUT unfortunately, I didn't get the 5-star experience I was hoping for. I will say they were prompt to schedule me on short notice, offered a competitive rate for the 4 hrs of service I initially requested, maid showed up very timely, and seemingly had a great personality...so that's the ONLY reason they get 3 stars. HOWEVER, the maid that showed up to clean my home literally must have just put her cigarette out. She smelled like she had more than 1 on her way to me. I live in a 2-story (apprx 2400 sqft) home and before my husband left out the door for work he could smell it from the upstairs and he wanted to make her leave, but I begged him to leave it alone. We are not smokers and my son and I are allergy sufferers as well as I have asthma. The Owner said that she wasn't aware that she needed to send a non-smoker maid to my home as I didnt request it, BUT it's not the fact that you sent a smoker to my home as much as it is that she would show up having smoked moments before knocking on my door to bring all of the fumes/odor in with her to CLEAN my house? I see this as an oxymoron! Since I had a family function hours away and 9 months pregnant, I really needed her help and couldn't send her away so last minute.. So, I turned on the AC fan to flush the smell out.... At any rate, the maid's cleaning downstairs started out pretty good and about an hour or so into her work, when she told me she needed to go to her car to get some supplies. Something told me that she was being dishonest... so, I watch her get into her car back it up as to be out of the line of sight from my doorway and thinks she's hidden takes a look about... and proceeds to take a smoke break in my driveway while texting. Needless to say, the rest of the visit was history.... this is when I informed the Owner of the initial complaint of her arrival along with the break... I know if I had not informed the Owner immediately this maid would have chained smoke the entire 4 hours I requested for service. There's so much more to be said regarding this day, but I don't want to come across to negative or too lengthy is this review. Once the Owner reprimanded her maid (via phone) while she was still at my home, her entire disposition changed. The work got sub-par, especially by the time she made it upstairs. I gave her a pity tip of $10 as I didn't want her to feel as though I was ungrateful along with the fact that she told me if shes got one more complaint she would be fired... No, I would not hire them again and not sure I could in good faith refer them elsewhere with my experience.
Out of all of the cleaners who work here, only one smokes, and NEVER inside anyone's home or on their property. Most of this client's statements are either outright falsehoods or exaggerations. The cleaner was there for nearly 5 hours. The client was calling and texting with me several times with numerous concerns. I was attentive and immediately responsive to this woman throughout the day of the cleaning. She accused me at the end of the cleaning of quoting her a different fee the day prior. I assured her that it is $28 per hour for everyone, every day. She argued with me. I told her that the same fee was on my emails, my texts, my website and my HomeAdvisor profile. She persisted in arguing with me, then accused me of being dishonest. Her total fee, with discounts, tax, etc. for nearly 5 hours of cleaning was under $130. You'd think she'd be too busy with her new bundle of joy to write an unfair, untrue/exaggerated, lengthy, negative review from a one-time cleaning job completed over a month ago, but you'd be wrong.
