Great experience!! We just moved in, had a lot of dry wall work, this place was a wreck. Carissa was here for two days and did an unbelievable job. She was very thorough, never stopped, and so courteous. Would never hesitate to use again.

After cleaning my home. Found items that were not cleaned properly. Stairs were not vacuumed and three fans not wiped clean. Soap scrum in tub and surrounding shower. Contacted GINGER the owner and was told she would give me a discount if I did not leave a bad review. I explained I was not happy with the services she provided and she threatened to put a lien on my house if I did not send her 140.00 immediately. Again, I explained I was not happy with the service she provided, and her help was here for 4 hours. My house was not cluttered and only myself and one dog. I was away for 3 months. Look for a cleaning service, you may want to look elsewhere. She accused me of having a criminal record and threatened to put a lien on my property if no payment was received by a certain date. She provided an estimate over the phone but never came out to observe what was cleaned or view the home itself to make sure the quote was accurate.

Please note our 620 excellent reviews. 98% of people recommend our service! This client told me the day of the cleaning that it was fabulous and she tipped Maureen $20 but had some reason for not paying over the phone right then and asked if she could call me back. She never called back. After 4 days I called and texted her asking for payment. Several days later she finally responded via text and, for the first time, said that there were issues. I apologized, offered to return to correct the problems, thanked her for contacting me directly instead of posting a review and offered a $20 discount. She texted that she had already corrected those areas. Maureen is specifically named in many recent reviews, here are some quotes: "Did a fantastic job." "Did an excellent job." "Nice and respectful." "Did an amazing job." Maureen also has many 5-star reviews which don't mention her by name. When booking the appointment the client told me it was herself and a dog in a 1,200 sq. ft. home and she wanted a deep cleaning. We charge $35 per hour. I estimated approximately 6 hours of cleaning for a first time deep clean and then 3 hours if on a regular basis. The client actually stopped the cleaner at 4 hours, which is fine, but I had estimated more time for a deep cleaning. Also, the cleaner, Maureen, told me that the client's adult son had just moved out with his cat, so it was actually cleaning up after 2 people and 2 pets. Over several more days of texting, I asked her repeatedly how we could move forward, asked her what she thought would be fair and requested payment with the $20 discount. She ignored my calls and texts for days. THEN I looked her up using a background checking service showing her address, DOB, full name, phone number, etc. and it indicated nearly 20 criminal records unrelated to traffic issues! I then informed her that I'd have to file a police report for theft against her and place a lien on the property if she did not pay. She THEN paid 50% of the fee, $70, and posted this review.

My contact was with the owner, Ginger. My project was to help a friend who lives in a different state and who was returning home from the hospital after a long stay. Ginger understood the importance of this project and made sure it was handled expertly. My friend’s husband reported back that Maureen did “an excellent job.” For all this to be accomplished remotely, during a pandemic, involving clients with health needs, was a blessing. I highly recommend this company for your home cleaning needs.
