I spoke to this client after the cleaning and she said all was great. The fee was $102.50. About a week later when this review appeared I called the client again to ask what the issues were, she said that although the cleaner did a great job on the floors, bathrooms, kitchen, furniture, fans, etc. the cleaner didn't have time in her 3.5 hours to clean the client's baseboards or wash the client's laundry. I told the client that the cleaner could have remained longer but the client said she wanted the cleaner to stop at 3.5 hours.
