"I contacted 9 contractors to install new central air in my home that is 23 years old. By far Los Andes was the MOST economical. I do not usually pick the lowest bid, but in this instance they were VERY comparable to the others. Pedro was very well informed and answered all my concerns, like every day for week while I was determining who would meet my needs. Fernando, owner, also reassured me of any doubts I might have. The crew arrived on time, installed in a day and could not have been more pleasant! Of course it remains to be seen if my ultra new system will last another 23 years but I have every confidence it will. If not I will be letting Home Advisor know if I have any problems. Hope anyone looking for Central Air will includes this company before deciding on a home improvement this expensive."

"I had pursued a plumber to look into some gurgling in my kitchen sink when the washing machine was running. I was given a free inspection of the issue and a consultation on the cost of running the clean out process. I was also informed that it was up to me to decide if this was needed. The plumber actually provided all the information I needed to come to a solid conclusion on the work that was required. I ended up simply following his advice on DIY cleaning which led to no cost for his services. Based on this initial experience this company wants your business but they don't want to push doing any work onto you, and allow you to make that decision. Great first experience."

"Ricardo and another co worker, sorry I didn't get his name, were punctual and texted me when they were on the way. I had my gas line in the kitchen cut down and lowered to accommodate a new gas stove. The original line was 12" tall and slide in ranges do not have an area in the back of the stove to accept a pipe that tall. The stove could not be moved back against the wall. They also fixed my noisy toilet. They were respectful of my home and wore shoe coverings and cleaned up the area when they were done. The price was reasonable and they were able to schedule the job right away. I They are my plumbers for any future plumbing needs and will recommend the company to friends and family."

"Service date was August 25, 2020. Appointment was made from one day to the next. Our service person was Aaron Taylor. He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price. Based on all of the above, I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again. P.S. They follow all safety protocols."
