Great Job!

The owner assisted me with financing the same day he came into give me an estimate for the work. I had previously gave $4997.00 for a down payment for from another company with another $4997.00 when the work was completed. That company was going to only going to give me a cooling coil on my furnace (not a new unit) a nd to replace the duct work with 3 year warranty on the coil only. I was unable to get financing for the balance of the work so I had to cancel the contract. Lo s Andes was very informative with pros and cons of the other companyâ s offer and the warranty issue. Los Andes were very customer friendly, they scheduled the work quickly and the quality of the work was great. The workers were friendly. The cost for the new ac and venting was less than the other company with 10 year warranty on unit. I have already recommended them to family if the should have a need.

I contacted 9 contractors to install new central air in my home that is 23 years old. By far Los Andes was the MOST economical. I do not usually pick the lowest bid, but in this instance they were VERY comparable to the others. Pedro was very well informed and answered all my concerns, like every day for week while I was determining who would meet my needs. Fernando, owner, also reassured me of any doubts I might have. The crew arrived on time, installed in a day and could not have been more pleasant! Of course it remains to be seen if my ultra new system will last another 23 years but I have every confidence it will. If not I will be letting Home Advisor know if I have any problems. Hope anyone looking for Central Air will includes this company before deciding on a home improvement this expensive.

Pedro was the first to call me. The first to arrive and gave me a fair price. After reviewing multiple offers Los Andes was the clear winner. They had completed the work and others were still calling wanting to bid. Call Pedro he will treat you right.
