Acclaimed Drain and Plumbing Solutions installed our SP3 Combo Whole Home Salt-Free Filter System. While the project took one day longer than originally estimated, the system itself appears to be working well. However, communication was lacking; the team never followed up to check on our satisfaction, nor did they provide the promised instructions on how to maintain our tankless water heater. While the system is largely maintenance-free, it does require a filter change annually and a recharge every 8–10 years. Given current inflation, I am concerned about the potential future cost of that recharge. Overall, the work was satisfactory, but I would have appreciated better follow-through and customer service.

The pro did a good job. He was fast and efficient. The only issue after the job is the faucet came loose on the counter.

Ricardo and another co worker, sorry I didn't get his name, were punctual and texted me when they were on the way. I had my gas line in the kitchen cut down and lowered to accommodate a new gas stove. The original line was 12" tall and slide in ranges do not have an area in the back of the stove to accept a pipe that tall. The stove could not be moved back against the wall. They also fixed my noisy toilet. They were respectful of my home and wore shoe coverings and cleaned up the area when they were done. The price was reasonable and they were able to schedule the job right away. I They are my plumbers for any future plumbing needs and will recommend the company to friends and family.

Manny and Danny were professional, personable, and friendly. They did the work quickly, and provided information at every step of the way. They cleaned up the area when they finished. I will definitely use them for plumbing needs in the future.

We have an older home with the main line backing into the tub and shower with the toilets not clearing. Manny worked quickly and expertly and the drainage was cleared in no time. Thank you so much for coming out at night to help.
