I called Robert and he offered to come over right away and replace the tank even though he had planned to take the day off. I also had him install a safety shutoff to protect me from the next leak since my basement is finished, and it would have been catastrophic if we were not in the home to catch this leak. I'm still waiting to hear from the other 2 companies that were listed in my area. I know they will call Monday which would mean myself and my disabled wife would spend a very uncomfortable weekend and probably longer because most HVAC companies don't work weekends and it usually takes at least a day to schedule an appointment.
