Contacted Confort air and spoke Courtney at this business she set up an appointment for me on 10/02 204 Wednesday. The owner Partrick stopped by and I explained what was going on with my havoc system. He then proceeded to check the system out. It was showing an error code of A5,A6 and Patrick could smell that the circuit board was burning. He then suggested replacing the circuit board and blower motor. Rather than do that he said it would be easier to replace the whole unit. At this point he requested that I pay him the 175.oo which I did. As he was leaving, he said he would call me back and go from there as far as getting the unit fixed / As of 10/23/2024 I have not heard back from him? I made two phone calls and sent him e-mails no response I am a senior citizen on a fixed income at this point I only want a receipt from him for payment and diagnoses of his finding. Nothing he took my money and gone?

I found Comfort Air online and reached out to install central AC in my mother's condo. Patrick got back to me promptly, was very receptive in answering all of my mother's questions, and was able to start job within a couple of weeks from first call. The job took two days total, and my mother was impressed from start to finish! I highly recommend Comfort Air.
