Kason is truly the best. Not only does he answer every time we call for any issue, but he or Connor, show up the same day which is huge when you run a small business! We needed a walk in freezer repair at our catering business- Kason was there on Wednesday to investigate, called me the same day with an estimate and we had the install on Friday. He is meticulous, precise and very knowledgeable. Kason has checked in the last few days to make sure things are still running smoothly and the freezer is doing its job- where can you find better customer service? I know we are a CRS Mechanical customer for life now.

Our technician, Connor, was fantastic! From start to finish I couldnâ t be happier with their communication, promptness, and professionalism. I tried calling all â the bigâ companies first but, I couldnâ t be happier that their wait lists were weeks out because we found our new Go-To company!!! You wonâ t be disappointed if you give this small company a try!

They will do their best to make sure the issue is fixed and the customer is satisfied, if it is not they will provide a solution or will provide refund to parts replaced/installed if the issue is not resolved with what was done.
