Charlie came out and in no time cleared the blockage. When I called they said about 2 hrs , he was here within an hr. He was very professional, knowledgeable and affordable. Definitely recommend this company.

Hello! I was told by the dispatcher that the tech would call when en route to my location. Tech called an hour later and told me he just looked up my location and couldn't service it because it was a mobile home?! Is this the real world or a nightmare!? Thanks for wasting everyone's time with your false advertisements promising emergency service for all. How would having a stick built home change this equation. I suppose they just lack the skills necessary.

Carlos came & fixed my problem in no time at all..thought it was my drainage but it was just a bad clog in my toilet and sink..called this morning & they were here by the afternoon..very friendly & professional..did not over charge me & fixed my problem...I would highly recommend this company in need of their services

Prompt and competent service the clogged drain was resolved quickly. He was and nice a capable person who answered many questions and was very helpful. Top Dog certainly deserves a five star.

Not only were they prompt on a call to answer questions & possibilities but was also able to put me in when it was a good time for me. Reasonable quote, very professional (from people I talked to in the phone to the service tech at the house), very clean!, knowledgeable and was glad I called. Been a few days and so far so good.
