We were dealing with slow drains and a backup in the basement, so I was worried it was going to turn into a huge and expensive issue. The tech arrived on time, was very professional, and explained everything before starting. After clearing the main line, they performed a free sewer camera inspection, which I really appreciated. It gave me peace of mind being able to actually see the condition of the pipe and confirm there were no cracks or major root intrusions causing long-term problems. I was frantic and I had put calls out to 4 plumbing companies but it was Dynamic Plumbing that responded immediately. We talked and had a plan to search and one of his men was going to come within just a couple of hours. He came right as scheduled. Miraculously the ring was found just before the technician arrived so the toilet did not have to be taken out. And even though Dynamic Plumbing but forth every effort to help for something that was resolved differently they were happy with the outcome and not at all upset that there wasn't a bill for me to pay. "We have had a problem with our main building drain line clogging once a year, every year, since we purchased our home 14 years ago. We had it cleared around Thanksgiving of 2022 and it was again blocked only 2 months later. Fed up, I wanted to understand what the exact problem was, and proceed with fixing it. Tim and I spoke at length and therein I explained the history behind the issue (including experience from rodding the line myself on previous occasions). Tim explained what he thought the problem might be, based on his experience, and discussed various options including firm costs (not the "well, it will cost somewhere between $5 and $50,000" BS). We talked for about 30 minutes whereas conversations with other plumbers usually lasted all of 3 minutes wherein they explained how much it would cost, how they expected to be paid, and when they could come out. Tim showed up promptly at the agreed-upon time with Pedro and the two of them went to work. Without going into details, those two spent approximately 4.5 hours working my issue during which time they mechanically rodded the line 5-6 times, ran a camera into the pipe following each rodding, and then hydro-jetted it twice (might have been three times and they inspected the line using the camera after each hydro-jetting as well). I paid extra for the hyrdo-jet but I knew that they would probably need to resort to this following our phone call and again, I understood going into it exactly what the cost would be. These guys really busted their tails (other plumbers were typically in and out in an hour or less) and from what I could actually see via the camera, Tim and Pedro appeared to fix the problem once and for all. I spent a lot of time with them (as an engineer, I am curious by nature) and I felt like there were times when they could have said "Yeah, good enough" but they would talk and say "yeah, we should really do [this] again." In summary, Tim and Pedro were very professional, VERY hard-working, and extremely thorough, and I received a service that I feel was far in excess of that provided by anyone previously. Tim is the only person that I will call in the future should I need this service again (but I doubt it!). Finally, there were not surprise or escalated costs. Fantastic experience! "Ramon and Sons were consummate professionals. They responded with same day service after contacting me to inquire as to the parameters of the project. To that point, our main water and sewer lines cracked at the foundation of our house and they needed to dig a 9' hole next to our house while trying to save the side walk, the outdoor lighting, as well as the rose bushes. I was impressed they realized we were without utilities (water and restrooms) and re-scheduled some other work to allow us to get our utilities fixed in a minimal amount of time. Ramon came out with two of his excellent crew (Marco and Francisco) to ensure that I felt comfortable with how the project would be handled. After analyzing the situation, Ramon asked for his largest digger machine to be brought to our home so that the shovel could clear the aforementioned sidewalk and bushes, while allowing the crew to avoid ruining our landscaping and walks - the lights actually all worked after Ramon and Sons carefully managed the project. He brought two other of his crew (Byron and Juan) who also obviously were high character and professional in their work. To top it all off, the crew fixed and replaced some parts of the toilet that were damaged by a plumber (different company ) that had come out the day before they arrived. They even cleaned up after that individual! I believe it would be impossible to hire a company that would have done the job so completely and to the excellent professional standards they met. Many thanks to Ramon and Sons as well as all of the excellent individual crew I had the pleasure to meet. And Yes... their price was a nice surprise after receiving quotes from others. If you have the need of this type of service, you will not find a better company."

This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did.
