Richard and Andy also did phenomenal work on my basement, doing everything from pouring new concrete footers to installing new metal support beams, adding stability to my home and buying me valuable piece of mind. They did this while meeting the specific criteria that we had negotiated beforehand, and even took a few opportunities to deliver additional things that I did not even originally ask for (removing newly unnecessary walls, removing shelving, etc.), at no extra cost. Very cool, kind folks. Halfway through my basement remodel, I also identified a need for a boiler repair - Tim got someone on the job within days, and my boiler is now quieter than it has ever been. Highly recommend this company!"

"I originally hired Plumb Tite through Home Advisors, based on good reviews. They replaced the expansion tank on my water heater. Another vendor had wanted to replace my entire heater when that was not the problem. I hired Plumb Tite again to repair a toilet that wouldn't shut off when refilling. On both occasions, they sent experienced, knowledgeable technicians. They explained what they were doing. They answered my questions. They did not try to upsell me on things I did not need. I am very impressed with their expertise and professionalism and will use them again and again."

"Jason took our stairs to the basement that were a tiny spiral mid evil type stair case and made them so amazing. He also took out 7 layers of flooring in our kitchen and laid new real wood to match our current wood floor. He also drove out of his way to pick up our new granite. He came back a couple years later and redid our entire front porch and did some electrical and other odd and end jobs. He is an honest man and Works very hard."

"WOW! From my very first phone conversation with Jordan I knew this would be the company we would be hiring. OBS was our third estimate out of 3. Jordan explained in detail everything that needed to be done in waterproofing the basement at my parents home in Ohio. I had just returned home to Arizona, after moving my parents to a retirement home and selling their house, in contract. The buyers backed out after inspection revealed past water issues in the basement. Jordon was always quick to return my texts or calls. He never made me feel stupid. Eased all stress I had. Honestly felt that he and the company cared about us and were willing to work with us, allowing me to come back and do the prep work before they started. It was true customer satisfaction, not all about how much $ they could get out of us. Complete confidence and security with OBS and employees. My crew foreman Steven and his crew Alex McCoy and Eric Reese were so friendly from the moment they greeted me at the door. Very respectful and conscience of keeping carpets covered and containing dust in the are they were working on. They were mindful that their music wasn't too loud and that their language was appropriate. I felt very comfortable during the 3 days they were in and out. Was like having my son and his friends home! Steven was extraordinary in explaining things to his crew and also to me. Showing me the progress they made throughout the entire job. "Angi sent a so-called pro (Eric H) to do the work. He stated that he could not 'replace' my basement toilet because the concrete floor needed to be ripped up. He left the new toilet and left. After calling and speaking with Mary (call center in CO) she was very helpful, put out a request to my local plumbers for a 2nd opinion, at that time my phone started ringing. Benjamin Franklin plumbing could have someone (Chris Herron) here in a couple of hours. Great! No, I didn't need to have the concrete tore up, and in fact, Chr replaced the toilet right there and then. I had to hire him of course, but the price wasn't bad at all. Chris did an excellent job, was very professional and dumbfounded that Eric couldn't complete the job! I had the master toilet installed by Angi a few years ago again by another 'pro' (Joe) who replaced the toilet. It rocked on us as we tried to use. I called him back to fix - complete the job, he came out and charged me for his time and left. I hate Angi"
