"I have a maintenance contract. Today Fabian came out. He was very thorough. He spent two hours at my condo performing all kinds of tests. Before he left he went over things I could do to get better performance from my heater. I appreciate the fact that he did not try to pressure me into picking something. He emailed me (while in the truck) options and also explained different ways to pay for it. He noticed the oxygen in my home. My husband had CHF and COPD so I was specifically interested in the ways I can help his breathing better. I believe in todayâ s environment itâ s difficult for companies to get really good employees. Wayne was great to talk to on the phone and Lamar â the tech who replaced my old, decrepit, leaking utility sink in the basement â was very good, knowledgeable and didn't mind all my questions. So far the new sink is working splendidly. My washing machine empties into that sink, and I was so happy after Lamar left that I did two big loads of laundry and there was no leaking. No more bucket under the sink to catch the leaking water! Hooray!"

My boyfriend tried and failed to clear it (ironic, since I'm sure it was his bacon grease that caused it in the first place), and then I called MGL. The tech knew what the prob was, clogged main drain, and was in and out in no time. It didn't take much time to fix and he didn't leave a trail behind him.
