There were some surprises once he began the project, but he handled them and didn't charge extra. His prices are reasonable and he even cleaned the area once he was finished. He brought along all the parts he thought he might need. I've hired plumbers in the past who didn't have the correct replacement part and I had to pay extra while they left to pick it up. Angel came prepared to get the job done in minimum time. He also recommended a great brand of faucet when I asked. My new bathroom faucet operates so smoothly - like a hot knife through butter. Since then, I have been calling his company when I have heating/plumbing problems. His company does a great job. Besides their excellent service quality, the one thing I like most about his firm is that when I text Eric the problem, he always gets back to me right away; someone would then come out to fix said problem that same day. They also come on time, or they call and communicate with you if they are going to be late. I remember that they came around 9:00pm one cold night last winter to fix the radiators in order for us to have a warm night’s sleep. Eric knows what he is doing and is a super responsible person. "Michael is hands down the best I’ve ever worked with. He’s exactly who you wish the folks working on your home are like. When he realized my boiler couldn’t be put in just yet because of further water damage, he had a water remediation company come in TWO hours to instantly start the process. When he realized my hoses needed updating, he made sure to call it to my attention and had them switched out. For work outside of his scope, he still makes sure to let you know what’s the best for future proofing your home. Above all, he’s communicative, on time, honest, and always there when I have a question. Plus, you can tell he really cares about his craft, and that translates to the job. He chooses the best solution for your situation. My only complaint is I wish he did literally everything else outside of plumbing! I’d want a Michael version of a carpenter, electrician, every day handyman. He‘s that good!"
