Service was great. Unfortunately he cashed my check and hasn't issued me an invoice. I've been calling him constantly and I keep getting lame excuses. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Michael is hands down the best I’ve ever worked with. He’s exactly who you wish the folks working on your home are like. He has an amazing attention to detail, meticulous, and puts safety above all else. When he realized my boiler couldn’t be put in just yet because of further water damage, he had a water remediation company come in TWO hours to instantly start the process. When he realized my hoses needed updating, he made sure to call it to my attention and had them switched out. For work outside of his scope, he still makes sure to let you know what’s the best for future proofing your home. Above all, he’s communicative, on time, honest, and always there when I have a question. Plus, you can tell he really cares about his craft, and that translates to the job. He chooses the best solution for your situation. My only complaint is I wish he did literally everything else outside of plumbing! I’d want a Michael version of a carpenter, electrician, every day handyman. He‘s that good!

Michael was the consummate professional and did the work promptly, according to my needs. The contract price was reasonable and I am very satisfied with the quality of the natural gas heater that was installed. He was also friendly and informative so I felt comfortable with all that was done.

Service and response time was incredible. Michael was very timely and left the place very clean. The one drawback I had was with requesting a copy of the receipt/invoice as it was tied to an investment property. I was told I would receive the invoice when I paid the bill, but nothing was ever delivered.
