Lou was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. He thoroughly explained the process and made us aware of things we needed to understand about how the chimney is structured and what should be addressed each time it's cleaned (I can't imagine hiring anyone other than Cedar Point for this type of work, but if we ever have to, we at least know now what questions to ask). "A few months back, my wife and I found Lazer's (owner of NYC Plumbing, Heating and Drain Cleaning) contact info via Google HomeAdvisor as we needed to get a boiler installed, but luckily at that time the boiler company provided free installations - however, we saved Lazer's contact info incase we needed further work. Earlier today, I needed to get an urgent blockage/clog fixed in our basement sink and reached out to Lazer, who was beyond helpful in terms of pricing and availability. He sent one of his workers (Elton) who was not only able to resolve/fix the issue in a matter of mins, but Elton was also kind enough to fix/seal a pipe under the sink which our contractors messed up while installing it. Not only that, but Elton also saw my family and I struggling with a smart thermostat and he went out of his way to help us with the thermostat as well - Jack of all trades!! Lets just say, moving forward I know for sure Lazer and his team will be my go-to people for any plumbing needs. "We wanted to do a complete renovation of our master bathroom which included removing a bathtub, installing a walk-in shower with bench seating, taking down a full half wall, moving plumbing and electrical wiring. We knew what we wanted and Nova Construction made it happen. Fabian explained the process thoroughly including the cost and getting the correct products. Nova Home Improvements pricing is on par with other companies. Fabian and Harold ensured the cleanliness and the safety our home which were priorities. Plastic sheeting was used to separate the master bedroom from construction dust and paper was taped on the floor from the master bath to the front door and then covered with nonslip tarps. Harold cleaned the tarps everyday and made sure our home was spotless when they left for the day Fabian included us in all phases of the new construction making sure we were happy. Fabian and Harold were very punctual and worked everyday until the project was complete. We cannot expresses our gratitude enough after seeing our new master bath. The tiling job was exquisite. The attention to detail was first rate. We now have a master bathroom which looks like it came out of a magazine. I have already booked Nova Construction for the renovation of our other full bath ."
