Upgrading the bathroom was a fabulous experience. The new space looks amazing, and the installation of the bathroom amenities was done with great care and attention to detail. My daughter is very happy with the results and loves her beautiful new bathroom.

From start to finish the team at 5 Star Bath was amazing . Beginning with Heidi who completely understood my vision and helped me create my dream bathroom . A huge thank you to Will and Skyler were in constant communication through the entire process . Juan and Angelo transformed my bathroom into one that exceeded all my expectations . They were neat , organized, and made this process smooth and stress free . I could not be happier and would definitely recommend anyone looking to transform their bathroom to give them a try .

This company is fantastic to work with. They transformed my 33 year old tub into a beautiful modern walk-in shower. The installers were professional and quick. I had a small issue with them on the purchase order. The owner, Mike, responded right away and along with Skyler resolved the issue. They definitely deserve 5 stars. I highly recommend them.

Update: September 2025. This is the second time I’ve had Five Star Bath Solutions of Westchester install a new shower in my home, and once again, the results are outstanding. Their level of workmanship is truly superior — every detail reflects quality and care. The only thing they can rated 5 stars for is collecting their money. Prior to install they called just about every day in an attempt to move forward the install date. Once install was completed and there was a problem, there were multiple ?miscommunications? with their construction manager. No call and no show for an appointment to fix the problem. Now they want me to trust the Lifetime Warranty that was a major part of the sales pitch. It is laughable. Finally after they came out and fixed the problem with an unsightly fix no calls or contact to see if I was satisfied. Absolutely pitiful.

One stop shopping included demolition, rebuilding, glass, fixtures and flooring. Efficient - 2 small bathrooms in 6 days. Good work ethics from talented employees, and when all complete 5 Star of Westchester stood by their claims - what they said they would do, they did. We are very pleased its the results.
