This is my second bathroom remodel with Fabian and he has spoiled me for all other contractors. He is a great communicator- he shows up when he says he will be there and everything is done on the timeline we laid out. Fabian has great taste and vision and the quality of work is first rate. He truly cares about customer satisfaction and has checked in about both remodels to make sure I’m still happy. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is a treasure!

It was a pleasure to work with Fabian. He’s professional and great work ethic. He’s patient and very knowledgeable about his craft. He is on time and cleans up after each day. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their home or business.

After many months of waiting to hear back from Fabian, I am writing this review of his lack of any interest in doing the right thing after leaving a job unfinished. We hired Fabian to remodel our master bathroom, after speaking with him about the cost and the job, he came back with a different quote. Regardless, we agreed and hired him for the job. What a mistake. We gave him $ 5000 upfront to start the project. He did some tile work and some plunking work along with some electrical work, we pointed out some things we were not happy with. He told us that although what we pointed out was an error, that it was so small that he would not fix it, and we could call the cops on him. What contractor speaks like that? We asked him to leave after he spoke to us that way. We then brought in an electrician and plumber ( which we had offered to bring in from the beginning as we sensed that he was getting frustrated with the electrical and plumbing which he declined) only to find out that all the electrical was buried alive and the plumbing was leaking. When we told him this, he wanted to come to show the electrician what he had done. We did not let him back into our home. We then told him that we needed to report his license because we did not want this to happen to another homeowner and he begged us not to offer to pay us back the $5000. We decided to give him the benefit of the doubt again. Needless to say, we have never heard from him again, and on the several occasions we reached out to him, he said he did not have the money and was looking to get a loan to pay us back. Clearly, this never happened. Technically, he should have never been doing work as he is not licensed in NJ. Fabian has a nice demeanor but is very dishonest and clearly only wants to deal with you if there are no issues. That is not how you do business. Homeowners beware.

We wanted to do a complete renovation of our master bathroom which included removing a bathtub, installing a walk-in shower with bench seating, taking down a full half wall, moving plumbing and electrical wiring. We knew what we wanted and Nova Construction made it happen. Fabian explained the process thoroughly including the cost and getting the correct products. Nova Home Improvements pricing is on par with other companies. Fabian and Harold ensured the cleanliness and the safety our home which were priorities. Plastic sheeting was used to separate the master bedroom from construction dust and paper was taped on the floor from the master bath to the front door and then covered with nonslip tarps. Harold cleaned the tarps everyday and made sure our home was spotless when they left for the day Fabian included us in all phases of the new construction making sure we were happy. Fabian and Harold were very punctual and worked everyday until the project was complete. We cannot expresses our gratitude enough after seeing our new master bath. The tiling job was exquisite. The attention to detail was first rate. We now have a master bathroom which looks like it came out of a magazine. I have already booked Nova Construction for the renovation of our other full bath .

Fabian and Harold did an amazing job! We've remodeled in the past and have never had such a positive experience. They were respectful of our home, polite, and communicated well throughout the process. Fabian made, what can be a stressful time, very easy for our family. Value for the money is unmatched, the quality is superb. We highly recommend Nova to anyone looking for a pro!

Fabian and his team were very professional and the quality of their work was tremendous. We had a single vanity and a crumbling wall in our bathroom. He didnâ t break our bank and redid the entire bathroom, installing the plumbing for a second sink and making the bathroom look EXACTLY how we envisioned. I plan on hiring NOVA for any future jobs we have planned for our home. AMAZING company and great guys!
