"I called Axis to have them work on a toilet clog and leak and replace our aged toilet. Taylor came out the same day and worked on the issue for multiple hours. It turns out the clog was roughly 50 feet deep. Taylor actually drove home and came back later in the evening to finish the work (outstanding service...could've easily, and acceptably, come back the next day when more convenient) as he did not have the needed tool, initially. He found the issue and replaced the toilet as we requested. Axis' expertise, customer service, and overall value are A+. Taylor is fantastic to work with and is a SME in his field but also does so with a great attitude. I won't be using any other plumbing company moving forward. Top notch all around."

"We woke up this morning to a lack of hot water. I called JD Service Repairs shortly after their opening hours, and had someone at my house by 11:00 AM Investigation revealed the tank had a small weeping leak that had put just enough water in the catch pan to trip a safety switch. The water heater was in the house when we moved here about 4 years ago and I had no idea when it had been installed. Javier used hs smartphone and in seconds informed me the water heater was still under warranty. Javier provided an estimate with two options in a few minutes and we chose to replace the leaking heater with a warranty replacement unit. Javier left to get the replacement unit, and handled all the warranty paperwork at the office before he returned. Javier completed the work right around 2 PM, only 3 hours stat to finish! I highly recommend JD Service Repairs when life throws you a plumbing curveball."

"Service date was August 25, 2020. Appointment was made from one day to the next. Our service person was Aaron Taylor. He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price. Based on all of the above, I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again. P.S. They follow all safety protocols."
