I have to say the experience that I had with the Goettl Company in general and Jonathan Saucedo specifically was extremely well. First, Goettl informed me that I would have a visitor come to my home way earlier than expected, which deserves a 5-star rating for that. I had placed the appointment from 5-8 pm, but the technician came way before that and that was what I was hoping for. Secondly, Jonathan Saucedo was great at explaining all the facts in replacing a water heater. He was very transparent with the setup, price and warranties. Jonathan even went as far as telling exactly what he was doing, when he was doing it and when he was finally done. This is the third time I have used Goettl to have something replaced or fixed and they never disappointed. I hope to continue using their services in the future.

Replaced my toilet in a timely fashion and even took out all the boxes the new toilet and accessories came in. As well as gave me a rundown of issues with water running in my house.

Overcharge rejuvenation $849 did not remove access panel to clean the coils was here a total of 45 minutes but their boss says they?re employees were outside my house for a total of 45 minutes according to the GPS yes they were here, but they did not leave 15 minutes of a cleaning service of two cans of aerosol that may have cost only $25 apiece never opened air handler to access coils submitted picture original tape, original seller from 2018 December

I was at my son’s house to meet the plumber that was called it solve a mystery water leak problem. Juan was the technician from Goettl Plumbing and Air. He arrive, was briefed on the problem and he started troubleshooting. The suspects were: the in ground sprinkler system, the water softener system, or the pool. He tested the water pressure from the street and it was 85psi (very high pressure damages plumbing and causes leaks). After installing an a shut off valve between the water main and the softener system, he did tests and found the problem: high pressure caused leaks in the pool filter system. Jaun spent the time needed to solve the problem 😀👍👍👍

I called Goettl out of desperation because I had another HVAC tech come out and completely turn off my system, and telling me I couldn’t use it - until I get a new evaporator coil and probably a whole new system… in 90+ degree weather! He literally unplugged the outdoor unit, left the closet unit unscrewed/opened, and the connections outside loose. I asked him when he could reconnect it and he said he couldn’t until the company approved the quote, ordered the part, etc. Likely over a week?! Thank goodness Miguel from Goettl came out to walk me through my system needs and for reconnecting my system back, even though it’s barely at capacity. Even at that, it’s better than NOTHING. His customer service was amazing and Tony, his finance colleague was equally just was helpful sharing system options and following up with me via phone and email. I absolutely loved Miguel and will recommend Goettl to the moon and back to others in the meantime! This is not the last time to hear from me. Miguel is a Godsend!
