"My home is a manufactored home! I bought and installed a Safe Step Walk-in Tub and was told by Co Rep (when leaving) that I will need a larger water heater. I removed the 30 gal htr and had a 50 gal one installed! Still Too small!!! I then installed a Point of Use one! I blew up!! Got a replacement P. o. U. It too was too small! I contacted FPL and Safe-Step and spoke to engineering at both! FPL told me to get a larger HTR (but I can't) the space is too small! Safe-Step told me that they couldn't reccomend anything for Legal reasons! I had three more estimates from Plumber's who had license, two said they couldn,t the 3rd suggested one so I put it in and it blew up!!! I went back to Home Advisor again. Told to try this company! Benjamin Franklin said what I needed was a Thermostacic Splitter. Iit was installed at a cost of only $ 350! The other companies were form 1500 -2700 for the Point of Use HTR's!!! Now Ben Franklin explained that it was not in their best interest to sell me something that was not what I needed. It's always about the bottom line or they are either greedy or stupid!!!! I can't sing BF's praises too much! I wish I could give them 10 STARS in each category !!!"

He was here before 8am and finished completely by approx 6:30pm. He worked non stop all day and when he finished he cleaned everything up. He did a beautiful job! He also included a new shut off valve and placed our new heater in a drip pan so if it ever leaks someday, the water will flow out on the garage floor and not along the back drywall.
