Write a ReviewDial Duron installed a new HVAC system at my home in October 2025, a major installation of about $29,000. The original installation also involved the wrong unit being installed and later corrected. Now, only about seven months later, two fan blades have snapped off the outdoor AC unit. The system is still under manufacturer warranty, but I am not operating it because it appears unsafe. The bigger issue is the service response. My home reached 87 degrees and I have an 11-month-old baby, yet when I called, I was told no manager or GM would get on the phone, no one would take the service call today, and nothing could be done. The earliest option was several days later just to inspect it. For a nearly new system sold with service, comfort, workmanship, priority/emergency, and satisfaction guarantees, this needs to be addressed. I am asking Dial Duron to escalate this, provide prompt service, and stand behind what was promised.
The tecnician as real nice and pleasant.
I recently had a mini-split system installed by Duron, and while the installation and system performance have been acceptable, I came away from the experience disappointed. My HVAC setup is somewhat unique, and I had hoped that working with a "comfort specialist" would mean a tailored, consultative approach. Unfortunately, that wasn?t my experience. The system I was sold included some unresolved variables that, in hindsight, should have been clarified up front. While the salesperson (Erik M.) claims we discussed them (and to his credit, we did), I left the process feeling more like I was sold a product than truly advised on the best long-term solution. I take responsibility for not doing more homework beforehand, but I expected a higher level of guidance from a company positioning itself as an expert. There are many HVAC providers in Brevard, and based on my experience, I?d likely explore other options in the future.
The duct work installer, Dial Duron, has been out to my house 4 times to install new duct work, replacing the 22-year-old duct work that they suggested I remove. Keep in mind, pictures are the work they did, not the 20 year old duct work to be fixed. Also, wet mastic is 2 weeks after applying. I should mention I turned my AC to 82 for a week in order to help mastic dry. Did not work. I was told keeping my air at 72 when I am at home is too cold. Never had an issue in my other Florida homes. -------------- Work done below. -1st time. replaced all of it. -2nd time to fix many mistakes they did installing new duct work. -3rd time to fix many mistakes that still were not fixed from 2nd visit. -4th time they pulled out all feeder duct work they installed the first time and tried to fix the 2nd & 3rd time. Installed new duct work and mixing boxes. Here we are again with similar issues that the last 4 times did not fix. - Cold air is leaking out of the duct work where it meets the bo
Don't use 24 hour air I think they are to much I should have shopped around
Once you contract with this company, there is no customer service follow up. You are just a number. Still waiting for electrical work to be completed, as promised by installers.
Ryan was great. I would definately reccomend him to anyone and everyone. He is the very definition of what customer service should be like.
Dial plumbing charged me $500 for 2.5 hours of work and that was after he applied a senior discount. That comes out to about $200 per hour which is outrageous.
Installed new $12,000 HVAC 2015. Sold me over priced air filter and lied about it. Serviced unit 2x/year. During last service, drain clogged so they install a pan strip $50. Cost on Amazon is $5.00. Requested a refund. Did not even get a call back from manager or owner. Told them they lost my business but they just keep calling wanting that service money. No refund or manager call in 3 years.
They went out of their way to make new, bigger indoor unit fit in the original closet, including adding full size door.
