From the initial contact to the finished installation, the experience was excellent and very, very different from the previous company I used (which was a totally negative experience.) The initial contact with Anthony was met with a very competent understanding of the issue, a clear explanation of the possible alternatives, an honest and reasonable assessment of the costs to resolve the issue, and a super-fast response time. There was no feeling of a high-pressure sales effort and I knew I was dealing (finally!) with a water heater company that was principled and operated from a base of honesty and integrity. I had another big brand team come out and they were transactional, cold and simply quoted $800 for everything I asked for. Install toilet ($800), change faucet ($800). Giovanni took his time reviewing and making a plan, made sure I was up to speed on alm the changes he made, informed me of possible risks based on my setup, and even came back after a full day shift to help me put. Price was very reasonable for great work. Have more projects for them now that I have a trusted resource."

"Esteban did a great job. He made some recommendations based on our needs. He took out most of the old cast iron pipe that was corroded and replaced with ABS black plastic. He also installed a valve, so we could use the wash machine water to water the backyard trees and plants. A goal was to minimize damage to the exterior stucco, and he used drills instead of hammers to go through. He listened to our questions and made some recommendations to avoid leaks. I hired him to do some additional work the last plumber did wrong, and he did it at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Esteban Plumbing."
