"Eric's Computers is a highly skilled boutique '24/7' computer repair service. Our Dell notebook PC failed suddenly with drafts of my daughters' two end-of-semester college term papers on the M.2 solid state hard drive (SSD). To avoid markdown penalties on these papers we needed to access the SSD drive files ASAP, on a Saturday. Geek Squad/Best Buy and several other vendors did not locally have the SSD access tools needed, but Eric's Computers had the M.2 access tool, understood our urgent need, and gave us the needed data on a USB drive within hours, at a reasonable cost."
