"THE VERY BEST !!! I received my first call from Kelly at Mark Cullen Home Improvement within 15 minutes of looking at the HomeAdvisor site and I hired them immediately!! Working with Mark, Mike and Kelly just got better and better when I called them in a panic that my huge delivery of 75 boxes of flooring was unexpectedly arriving in 25 minutes, just when a terrible thunderstorm was coming and it would be left outside. To my delight Mike was here in 20 minutes and went into overdrive to see that my flooring was inside and dry seconds before the storm hit. This is a wonderful company with delightful, professional and hard working people. They now have my loyal business for life! I'm positive that when you work with them you'll feel exactly the same way!!!"

"I had a sewer backup in my basement. Used Angi’s list and gave RTillery, Alex, a call. They were fantastic - great estimate, responsive, professional, courteous, quick in all their responses, the list goes on. I started with replacing the inside cast iron pipe. Alex even added a clean out. He and his crew were prompt, always polite and professional. They didn’t seem to mind my popping in to watch. The line was replaced in a day and a half w/ minimal water outage. After going back and forth I decided to replace the outside pipes. Alex provided several options. Other estimates would dig up the yard, sidewalk and driveway, replace the cast iron and terra cotta, but no cement work. RTillery slid the new PVC inside the terra cotta which was cheaper and less to dig up and they replaced the sidewalk! Only one other company offered to sleeve the PVC and it cost more! RTillery even came back to fix an issue they noticed doing their final checks. Wow! Can’t recommend these guys enough!"

"Beautiful job down by the 2 men, except I failed to see ring was not glued to wall and sliding doors slide back about 1/4 inch when shut. When I called they were very compliant and sent a man to correct problem. Problem was solved I am very satisfied and sorry I had not seen the above problem when I did the inspection. I am not use to getting quick turn around when I have a problem with contractors but these folks are great to deal with and interested in making sure everything is done correctly. I would recommend them to all friends and family."

They were able to do the work without the mass destruction a number of other companies said would be necessary to my front yard and sidewalk. The team was quick, professional, knowledgeable, and worked with our schedule when they had to shut the water off. They did exactly what they said they would do, cleaned up after themselves afterwards, and even went as far as doing their best to replant a very large bush we agreed they would have to remove to get to the main line. They did not have to do that and were definitely not landscapers (they are plumbers!), but they went above and beyond and I appreciated that. "This was a great experience. I called to have fixtures in my bathroom and kitchen replaced. They came to my house within 30 minutes, gave me an estimate, offered to do the work right away, went to the hardware store to pick up parts I did not have and did a very thorough clean up when the work was finished. They made sure plumbing was brought up to code in my old house (built in 1905). They worked quietly and efficiently. The work was done a week ago and everything seems to be in working order. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision. The Installation team did a great job, On time, efficient, polite and answer all questions. They were in and out in less than an hour and a half including questions and a brief walk through. They provide a good product AO Smith 40 gallon in this case. No problems with the county inspection. I would definitely use them for future plumbing work."
