"Best Chance is fantastic to work with. Knowledgeable, quick to respond, My A/C went out the day before the heat wave. 7/1/2024 and I was a bit concerned I would t be able to get it fixed. He fit me in and was honest, reasonably priced and helped me understand more about the HVAC and A/C I have. He didnâ t BS me for higher pricing or anything as you see from other large companies. He was able to have us back up and running within an hour or less of being here. He checked the furnace and walked me through options when my systems are ready to be retired in 5 ish years. "Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records?
