They have not fulfilled their commitment to email attachment their permit of installation of the water heater to my house from 07/31/2023. Their project is finished but the permit issue still pending

True Blue Plumbing installed a tankless water heater, including complicated piping for both ventilation and overflow. I found Marcell and his son to be trustworthy, kind and fair, and to do what they said they would do. All of that without ever being told they would get ice cream bars upon their job completion!

Attentive and efficient. They installed the gas line on the same day as estimate.

Marcell installed a gas line for me in Napa within the same week of providing the estimate, and he even helped me flush out my water heater free of charge. I will definitely use him for any future plumbing needs. My profession is a property manager and itâ s hard to find quality vendors like True Blueâ ¦Thanks again.

I knew what plumbing I was however, Marcelle offered better options than I was aware of. He followed up on several details in a timely way. Loved the experience!

Marcel reached out promptly and mostly completed the installation of a new tankless water heater. He is obviously a skilled tradesman. We live in a neighborhood that has ridiculously high water pressure, over 100 lbs. We have a regulator that may need to be replaced and I would have paid him to replace it but no follow up. The pressure relief valve on the water heater subsequently needs a drain line but again, no follow up and it leaks water on the floor regularly. He did not show up for the last appointment and does not return messages. I had other work that I would have hired him for but will have to look for a different plumber. It's a shame, we liked him and he does good work but not very professional.
