We lost our hot water late on a Friday. I called Trevor, sent him a few photos of my old equipment, and he arrived at my house an hour later, removing the old water heater and making preparations for the new installation. On Saturday morning, he arrived bright and early and installed the new water heater and made all the necessary upgrades in compliance with current building codes. Trevor was thorough, professional, conscientious, and highly skilled--and the quality of his work, from the premium parts to the final fit and finish, is truly outstanding. He did everything possible to get us back into hot water as quickly as possible, and he's easy to work with, too. Franks Water Heaters is, quite simply, the best in the business.

Trevor is very knowledgeable and gave me great advice. The installation of a new Navien water heater became a two-phase project on his advice to see if a simpler installation would solve my problem of hot water delivery. Now that the new heater is installed with. recirculation valve, the system works to my expectations, hot water is delivered within seconds, not minutes. . Love the Navien. Thanks, Trevor!

This is quite simple: if you need a water heater replaced in Marin or Sonoma counties, us Frank's Water Heater Company. Frank's is a guy named Trevor. It's just him and his helper. They focus on water heaters, toilets and sink disposals. There is no fancy trucks or 800 number, it's just a hard working guy answering the phone himself and providing a great a service. I received quotes from two of the larger companies in the area for a rental property I own in San Rafael, they both charged to come out and quote, Trevor didn't. Their price for the exact same service and water heater model was at LEAST $1,000 more than Trevor's quote. His work was first rate. He was responsive, and he's a nice guy. Save your money, call Frank's!
