"I found out that my water heater had leaked water in my basement at midnight! In between cleaning up the water I searched online for a plumber, Joe was the first one to call me and was so comforting on the phone telling me how I could stop the water leaking from the tank. By this time it was almost 5am and needless to say I was in a panic. He explained what I should do and then went over the cost for me. I was impressed with the professionalism on my initial phone contact and the courteousness and professional work done by Jim the plumber. Both of them were great and made me feel that I had chosen the correct company. Jim worked on my installation until almost 9 pm to get me hot water! Can't say enough how they made a bad situation (water everywhere) into a positive experience. They are less expensive than other companies and also charged one flat fee and did not charge any extra charges. You won't go wrong hiring Joel and Jim at Premier! "John showed within minutes of his promised time for both the estimate and to perform the work. During the estimate, he was courteous and explained what he would do in a way that was easy to understand. He provided a detailed estimate in a timely manner. He and his assistant Jeff were very polite, accommodating, and adaptable to work with when they came out to do the work. Our project was replacing all of the rotted, original cast iron sewer pipe, and relocating the toilet/sink in a bathroom in the middle of a major renovation, including replacing drywall and ripping up the old tile floor down to the subfloor. We needed to patch the subfloor before rebuilding the floor into a stable platform to mount the relocated toilet, but couldn’t do so ahead of time. John adjusted his workflow to accommodate me while I scrambled to patch the hole from the old stack and put down new underlayment. The bathroom renovation is still a work in process, so John installed the toilet and vanity so they were easily removable for finishing the corner behind the vanity and installing floor covering. He explained everything he did to make the new toilet and vanity removable, and what I needed do to remove and reinstall them permanently. John and Jeff were respectful of the house and cleaned up after the job, leaving the work area cleaner than it was when they arrived. They hauled away all the old, rotted pipe and fixtures for me. Everything looks so much better. It’s obvious they reassembled the new pipes with care for a professional appearance rather than rushing through something minimally workable in the quickest time to fit in another job. I wouldn’t hesitate to use John and Traditional Plumbing again if I needed any additional plumbing work done in the future."
