John responded with in 5 minutes of me posting to find plumbing service. Understood the problem. Quoted me a fair price over the phone. Then said he could come out and take care of the job the same day. 4 hours of me making the call the job was done. Iâ m am very hard to please as a customer and john did a great job. Fast and fair. I would recommend him and you will not be disappointed. Thanks John. My mom loved the work done. She can now water her planets.

John was timely (same day repair), transparent and fair with cost, and very efficient with diagnosing the problem leak behind my wall. He explained the problem and his approach for repairing the leak thoroughly. He made sure he left left the place cleaner than when he found it. John gained a very satisfied customer here.

Arrived when promised. Very friendly and got right to work. Job was done quickly and correctly. He also stayed a few extra minutes to make sure the washer completed a cycle without leaks and drained properly. Am very happy. Would recommend!!
