"I have a rental property. We experienced damage and thus leaking to a check valve. I logged into HomeAdvisor wrote up my issue. I received several calls. BNK Plumbing was the first to respond. I don't recall the young lady I spoke with but she was extremely friendly and explained the process. She asked additional questions about the connections, time and the issue. I answered and informed her I could also email a photo. I mailed a photo of the issue. Received a quote and schedule a visit. I then paid over the phone. Brendan arrived on time, was professional, clean and completed the fix correctly. There has not been any additional issues. In addition, Brendan had a very pleasant and inviting attitude. The cost of the estimate did not increase. It's great to know they have experience staff to provide accurate estimates over the phone and provide advise so no additional damage incur. Lastly and most important. Because Brendan spoke intelligently, respectfully, and was extremely thorough in install and testing, it gave me and the tenant a great impression that BNK is a great company with wonderful employees. "We have had a problem with our main building drain line clogging once a year, every year, since we purchased our home 14 years ago. We had it cleared around Thanksgiving of 2022 and it was again blocked only 2 months later. Fed up, I wanted to understand what the exact problem was, and proceed with fixing it. Tim and I spoke at length and therein I explained the history behind the issue (including experience from rodding the line myself on previous occasions). Tim explained what he thought the problem might be, based on his experience, and discussed various options including firm costs (not the "well, it will cost somewhere between $5 and $50,000" BS). We talked for about 30 minutes whereas conversations with other plumbers usually lasted all of 3 minutes wherein they explained how much it would cost, how they expected to be paid, and when they could come out. Tim showed up promptly at the agreed-upon time with Pedro and the two of them went to work. Without going into details, those two spent approximately 4.5 hours working my issue during which time they mechanically rodded the line 5-6 times, ran a camera into the pipe following each rodding, and then hydro-jetted it twice (might have been three times and they inspected the line using the camera after each hydro-jetting as well). I paid extra for the hyrdo-jet but I knew that they would probably need to resort to this following our phone call and again, I understood going into it exactly what the cost would be. These guys really busted their tails (other plumbers were typically in and out in an hour or less) and from what I could actually see via the camera, Tim and Pedro appeared to fix the problem once and for all. I spent a lot of time with them (as an engineer, I am curious by nature) and I felt like there were times when they could have said "Yeah, good enough" but they would talk and say "yeah, we should really do [this] again." In summary, Tim and Pedro were very professional, VERY hard-working, and extremely thorough, and I received a service that I feel was far in excess of that provided by anyone previously. Tim is the only person that I will call in the future should I need this service again (but I doubt it!). Finally, there were not surprise or escalated costs. Fantastic experience! "Had other significant issues other than rodding. Work is ongoing. Robert, Rob, Eric and others were very responsive to our calls and worked rhrough finances in a responsable fashion. Although appointments were not always on time due to other project overruns, we were kept in the loop. Crews have been professional, respectful, and considerate. We have one more break in the line to be repaired, unfortuately it involves a tie in to municipal line so it is taking some time to begin work. Company has taken care of all communications with necessary entities. We are planning on engaging Aqua Doctor in a maintenance agreement based on our experience. "I decided to turn my bathtub into a walk-in-shower and started doing research on the process and companies that provide that service. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"
