Jake then called within a 1/2 hour and came right out. He diagnosed my problem immediately as the gas valve. I was suspicious, because a couple years ago, I had Mr. Plumber come out for a problem with my water heater, and the technician told me (without touching anything on the system) that it was the gas valve $$$, Turned out, the pilot light just needed relighting! So Jake patiently walked me through the diagnostics with the test equipment he was using and showed me the readings and explained it all to me. He then returned the next day, with the part, and installed it in no time. My furnace is back working perfectly. He accepted my check on completion of the job and sent me a receipt immediately from his phone. Extremely skilled, professional, honest, and patient guy. He identified two cracks in the wall, explained the way they would be fixed, and suggested I purchase a dehumidifier to eliminate any other dampness issues.
