"We were fortunate to find this company. Our concerns going in cold to the HVAC scene in Austin were numerous. We wanted more from a contractor than just a sale/install . Jon and crew were able to offer a comprehensive plan for our home. The project began with a blower door test to get baseline data as to how much air was being lost. After sealing leaks, repairing and reinsulating ducts the team was able to control the new (York) compressor and plenum. Jon made all the arrangements for Austin Energy site visits and final inspections. Two days for install. The members of my family are surprised when they look at the thermostats setting. Turn it up it's too cold is the normal refrain. If you are shopping for a contractor you may want to ask if they can do an energy audit as well as an install. Austin Star are the real deal!"

They also seem to guarantee their work. So they told me that I see any leak, I should contact them and they would fix it :) They also accept all sorts of payment including credit cards. They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"Excellent service provided. Thought I needed a new water heater when I noticed some water in the pan beneath the tank. The technician Ernest determined it was not from the tank but from a leak coming from the above vent in the roof dripping down into the pan. Not only did he service the water heater by flushing out the tank and changing the anode , he also fixed the vent to stop future leaks. I would highly recommend this company for future services."
