"Extremely thorough. Gave us the most detailed statement of work of any roofing contractor. Also, did everything he said he would. We replaced skylights, installed new 50 year architectural shingles, replaced all flashing, with copper, and also replaced cedar shingles on exterior siding. In addition, we did some roof extension to accomodate a new solar system. Jordan is a excellent carpenter, and roofer, and also very honest and easy to work with. I would recommend him over the other 6 roofing companies I interviewed for this project.."

"The finished project looks great! The hardworking crew skim coated my existing stucco and overlayed all remaining areas of the wood siding with EIFS before installing the acrylic finish coat. They utilized scaffold to access elevated areas, covered sidewalks to protect them, and cleaned up the work area before requesting final payment."

"Outstanding job! I rarely write reviews, but taking the time to do so, because it was beyond difficult for me to find quality, reliable help with my home renovation until I found Martinez Brothers team. They are exceptional both in their craft and as overall fine folks. I initially hired them to install two extra large windows for me. After they showed up on time, performed the work as agreed to, I hired them to rehabilitate the exterior posts and siding on my barnhouse studio. And after that went well, I hired them for a whole house remodel. They converted my bathtub to a walk-in shower, tiled the bathroom, tiled my entry room, tiled the kitchen, replaced the sheetrock in the kitchen, built me a pantry (and they had creative solutions), built me two bedroom closets, sheetrocked the living and entry rooms, demoed the back porch and made me some stairs, made me some stairs for the front of the house, installed a huge piece of stained glass on my barnhouse studio, and framed and installed five huge doors for studio as well... With every job, they always kept their word -they thoughtfully assessed my needs, arrived on time, we are responsive to messages, worked with my budget, and worked efficiently. "If i could give more than 5 stars I certainly would! Miguel & crew painted the entire exterior of my house, while repairing/replacing gutters, trim, siding, etc. I feel like I live in a castle now because it was so well done! Very professional & accommodating! (Also very quiet & clean up daily which is huge!) You may have to wait a bit to get started because he is extremely busy but I can promise, he is DEFINITELY worth waiting for!!"
