"CR Plumbling is the only plumber I will ever use or refer to someone in this area. For the past 3 years, we have been dealing with a shower leak in our guest bathroom. We have had 5 plumbers from two local companies, including two master plumbers, try to assess and resolve the issue to no avail. After many appointments, attempts, invoices, and damage to our home along the way, I had almost thrown in the towel. I gave it one last shot with CR Plumbing, and I'm so thankful I did. I sent an inquiry at 11 pm on a Thursday, and by 8 am Friday morning, I had a phone call to walk through the problem and schedule a service call. Knowing we had been through the ringer, we were scheduled to meet with Clay, the owner, which was comforting to know they took the repair so seriously. He also brought along two additional plumbers to ensure many perspectives were taken to make sure it was fixed right the first time. They were able to identify the problem almost immediately and it didn't require cutting through any walls, ceiling, or tile. They ordered the parts they needed and were back the next day to repair the shower. It was quick, effective, and cost efficient. They also maintained COVID protocols throughout the visit, which put us at ease. I'm happy to say that for the first time in 3 years, we can finally use our shower! Thank you, Clay and Phil! "Hector made himself available right after he finished another job to come to our house. He is extremely knowledgeable and analyzesd the problems quickly. He explained and showed us the problem and gave us the cost. We have a problem with our kitchen sink, smelling terrible for years. I had a handyman at one time, clean out the pipe, we had put Drano down at several Times and not succeeded getting rid of the smell. It turns out the builders plumber had done the under sink pipes wrong. Hector took them off place new piping and made sure there would be no possible leaking. Hector takes pride in his work and will do whatever it takes to make sure that job is done right! Another problem he fixed was the calcium buildup in the handles of my master bathtub. They were so calcified that had took him a while to even be able to get off the fixture. He cleaned it all out showing me everything and it works great now. Hector Osorio Maybe a little more expensive than some others, but I can truly testify. He is worth it. You will not have a problem again with those issues."

"I am very selective and careful with who I do business with. I have worked with 5 other plumbers over the last 5 years, and with large and small companies. Martin with Longhorn Plumbing is a true professional and expert in the field. He is the best of the 5 that I've worked with. He was very quick to make it over to the property to begin work. For example, I had a tub drain issue that was causing a leak in my property. Martin quickly came over the same day, diagnosed, and resolved the issue. Impressed by his work, I asked if he would do additional plumbing work for me that day including installing a toilet, and installing sinks and drains for the bathrooms and kitchen. That evening, he completed all of the work asked. Lastly, I called Martin a week later to repair a major main line issue where the pipe was broken 6 feet underground. My other plumber contacts said they could get out there in 2-3 days, but Martin showed up in a few hours after my call and completed this major work the same day. Despite his fast service, the work is top-notch quality and the pricing is fair. Martin is extremely knowledgeable and I know can count on him to provide an honest expert opinion. A true pleasure working with him. Can't recommend Martin with Longhorn Plumbing enough."
