We have an older home with a cave shower. The new shower is beautiful. The installer was meticulous and it shows. The gentleman who installed the door went above and beyond. He took time to talk with my 91 year old mother-in-law. I would definitely recommend this company. They take care of their mistakes. I had changed from chrome to brushed nickel hardware. Initially they brought out chrome shower head and handle. When I noticed the error, they were quick to take care of it and bring the correct items. thank you.

We did a shower to tub conversion. The previous owners diy 'remodel' was a mess. The shower floor was buckling, the wall boards were separating, and the water barely drained. The consultation with Terri was very in depth and she answered all my questions, walking me through everything. She was wonderful all throughout when I had further questions and when I wanted to add something to the order. Joel was very attentive to our specific requests when he took measurements, and Noah was very thorough in his work, polite and tidy. He did everything he could to make things right when they accidentally brought the wrong tub, offering to go above and beyond for us. You certainly pay a bit extra through Five Star, but they are true to the name. You get quality service and amazing results. Thanks again to everyone who helped us!

We had already done the tear out of our old tub. They installed the shower pan, plumbing for the rain shower head that we had purchased and the waterproof back board. They worked very well with scheduling as we installed porcelain tiles that we had purchased. When we completed the tile they had their glass company measure and install the custom Shower glass. The result was that I now have a beautiful custom shower.

The installer was very professional and did what he is hired to do. The company as a whole, however, has issues. 1) They do not perform GPR / xrays of post-tension slabs as a normal phase in the process of breaking into the foundation. 2) You get to see a basic, graphical representation of the tub / shower on an iPad. However, the final product and the quality of the materials does not match the premium price they charge. Base on the quality of the products (tub/shower combo, the glass door, tub/shower walls), I estimate that we overpaid by somewhere around $3500 to $6000.

The first project, carried out last year in 2023, involved converting a bathtub into a standing shower to accommodate my elderly mother. The second project was a recent upgrade to our master bathroom earlier this year. Throughout both renovations, the entire process was remarkably smooth. Work commenced according to the agreed-upon schedule, and the workers were consistently courteous and professional from the initial preparation stages through to completion. Their respectful and friendly demeanor made the renovation experience pleasant. To date, we have encountered no issues with our first bathroom, and we are optimistic that the same level of quality and satisfaction will apply to the second one. Our experience with Five Star Bath Solutions has left us thoroughly impressed, and we wholeheartedly recommend their services to our friends and neighbors.
