"After hearing scratching noises in the attic it was time to call a pro. I requested a quote and information about 9pm and within 5 minutes Chris responded. He came out the next morning, assessed the situation and made recommendations. He explained fully what the process would be so there were no surprises. What I thought were squirrels in the attic turned out to be a raccoon. Chris took care of my problem, repaired the damage where it had gotten in and out, disinfected and cleaned the attic and "pest proofed" my home. Chris was a lifesaver and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. He was prompt, professional and the cost was very reasonable for the work he did. Follow-up was excellent. They called right away, came out the next morning and installed an “one way exit” for the rodents, then called back a few days later to confirm the raccoons were gone, and wrapped the hole they made with metal so they can never get in again. At least not through that hole. I’m we’re happy with their service and their price."
