"Emergency Pluming unclogged my drain two days ago , I reached them in the morning and they came the same day to fix my issue , plumber was on time and he texted me his ETA when he was on the way to my house. When he started performing the job he said to me that he will need to remove the toilet to unclogged the drain I asked if he will install it back and he said yes , I was little bit surprised because last time I hired a different company to do the same job couple years ago , they said to move that they will charge me extra for putting the toilet back. Job was performed fast and very professional , plumber installed the toilet back after he was done and cleaned everything after him. Definitely will hire them again if I will have any plumbing issues 10 out of 10"

Brian walked me through the whole process from initial evaluation to the major unclogging and flushing and explained everything to me in easy terms without making me feel dumb. They did their best to be respectful of property, family members working and even pets. They were prompt and polite. The work was expensive, but Brian did his best to be fair. I would hire them again."

"We have had a problem with our main building drain line clogging once a year, every year, since we purchased our home 14 years ago. We had it cleared around Thanksgiving of 2022 and it was again blocked only 2 months later. Fed up, I wanted to understand what the exact problem was, and proceed with fixing it. Tim and I spoke at length and therein I explained the history behind the issue (including experience from rodding the line myself on previous occasions). Tim explained what he thought the problem might be, based on his experience, and discussed various options including firm costs (not the "well, it will cost somewhere between $5 and $50,000" BS). We talked for about 30 minutes whereas conversations with other plumbers usually lasted all of 3 minutes wherein they explained how much it would cost, how they expected to be paid, and when they could come out. Tim showed up promptly at the agreed-upon time with Pedro and the two of them went to work. Without going into details, those two spent approximately 4.5 hours working my issue during which time they mechanically rodded the line 5-6 times, ran a camera into the pipe following each rodding, and then hydro-jetted it twice (might have been three times and they inspected the line using the camera after each hydro-jetting as well). I paid extra for the hyrdo-jet but I knew that they would probably need to resort to this following our phone call and again, I understood going into it exactly what the cost would be. These guys really busted their tails (other plumbers were typically in and out in an hour or less) and from what I could actually see via the camera, Tim and Pedro appeared to fix the problem once and for all. I spent a lot of time with them (as an engineer, I am curious by nature) and I felt like there were times when they could have said "Yeah, good enough" but they would talk and say "yeah, we should really do [this] again." In summary, Tim and Pedro were very professional, VERY hard-working, and extremely thorough, and I received a service that I feel was far in excess of that provided by anyone previously. Tim is the only person that I will call in the future should I need this service again (but I doubt it!). Finally, there were not surprise or escalated costs. Fantastic experience! "Ramon and Sons were consummate professionals. They responded with same day service after contacting me to inquire as to the parameters of the project. To that point, our main water and sewer lines cracked at the foundation of our house and they needed to dig a 9' hole next to our house while trying to save the side walk, the outdoor lighting, as well as the rose bushes. I was impressed they realized we were without utilities (water and restrooms) and re-scheduled some other work to allow us to get our utilities fixed in a minimal amount of time. Ramon came out with two of his excellent crew (Marco and Francisco) to ensure that I felt comfortable with how the project would be handled. After analyzing the situation, Ramon asked for his largest digger machine to be brought to our home so that the shovel could clear the aforementioned sidewalk and bushes, while allowing the crew to avoid ruining our landscaping and walks - the lights actually all worked after Ramon and Sons carefully managed the project. He brought two other of his crew (Byron and Juan) who also obviously were high character and professional in their work. To top it all off, the crew fixed and replaced some parts of the toilet that were damaged by a plumber (different company ) that had come out the day before they arrived. They even cleaned up after that individual! I believe it would be impossible to hire a company that would have done the job so completely and to the excellent professional standards they met. Many thanks to Ramon and Sons as well as all of the excellent individual crew I had the pleasure to meet. And Yes... their price was a nice surprise after receiving quotes from others. If you have the need of this type of service, you will not find a better company."

"We have seen many companies handle this major sewer repair and installation of a clean out station in our neighborhood. We've heard how much our neighbors have spent on the project. Before getting the estimate and having the work done, we were expecting a nightmare. Excel Plumbing was amazing from start to finish. Many of our neighbors have commented how excellent the process seemed to go. Customer service from the very beginning was always on top of everything. They took care of all the paperwork and permitting requests so quickly that the work was started the very next day after contacting them at 5pm the night before! Excellent efficiency. Our yard is beautifully landscaped and the care the workers exercised in doing the excavating was beyond meticulous. They prepared the area with plywood and dug out a perfect ditch. Put in the proper pipes and power cleaned all the lines. They fenced off the work while we had to wait for the village to approve the work. All the neighbors were very impressed by this safety measure and so were we. The work was approved and they replaced all the clay and the preserved top soil just so. Lastly, the put the sod back on that they had removed perfectly to reuse when they were done. Incredible job and incredible price. When they left, it was as if no work had been done out there. We have had neighbors who have had a mess for months after the work was done. We have told all our neighbors who we used and would recommend Excel to everybody."

I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"
