"Lanney was very knowledgeable about the Navien tankless water heater. He is a certified installer for the system and explained how the system works. He was also willing to install a kitchen faucet I had received as a gift. He also replaced a faucet in my basement, which he purchased from Home Depot as a courtesy for me, as I am having some health issues. I will be replacing a leaking basement toilet in a few weeks, and he has agreed to do the project also. He is a very easy person to talk to. He listens to your needs and explains the solutions to fix the issue. I would recommend him if you are looking for an honest and hard-working individual."

"From a few previous back-ups, I knew that my sewer line had a dip whereby sewage would build up and could not pass by. After some guests staying in our basement reported that the "the basement toilet is gurgling" I'd had enough and wanted peace of mind that it wouldn't back up again more than money in my bank account. I used HomeAdvisor to find a plumber to repair the line. All 3 responded quickly and all 3 came out, but only Keith from Rooterguy took the time to run his camera and figure out where the dip in the line was. Outside the house, he used an instrument to determine (roughly) where the dip was. All of this was free. The other two companies wanted to charge me $250 for the camera and didn't bother to use their instruments to determine where the sewer line is located. In addition to that, Keith's estimate for the work was less than the others, and he wanted to only dig what was necessary as opposed to automatically digging up the entire line from house to street. His estimate included repairing sprinkler lines (standard) and replacing sod (unique to his bid). His estimate also included jetting a secondary line from the basement bathroom to the mainline. Due to circumstances beyond Keith's control the digging crew was delayed by two days and due to some difficulty with the fall from the house to the street it took an extra two days to finish the job. But they finished and everything is working well. Due to Keith's responsiveness (always quick to text me back with updates), thoroughness and overall reliability, I would recommend him and Rooterguy again."

"Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up."

I was a little skeptical at first with their prices being lower and the fact that the company is a little newer, but was very happy to learn that they have years of experience installing bathrooms together (and that experience definitely shows)! "Marc took care of repairing our sewer-line from our house out to the main. They did a method which I believe is called "trenchless" (though they still have to dig a large, deep hole to access the line.) They essentially feed a resin soaked liner into the clay pipe and then expand the liner and allow it to harden. This saves the owner from the large expense of digging up the sidewalk and street. We were impressed by Marc's thoughtful consideration of our project, the speed at which he moved our project along, the care he and his coworkers took in protecting our property (such as our concrete patio) such that we did not need to bare the expense of repairing that. The final cost was exactly what he quoted us. We were expecting to pay more so of course we were very happy with the price tag. Though we wish no one the expense of having to replace/repair their sewer-line, anyone who finds themselves in that situation would do well to call Schra!"

I emailed the company, along with a few photos, to at least find out how to best deal with the stains and heard nothing back even after 3 attempts. Absolutely no response. Zero calls. Zero follow-up emails. The work quality and initial inspection/quote process of this company are great. The courtesy of their team members is great. The collateral damage, at least in my case, was substantial. Follow-up customer service after the job is complete is really terrible, as in apparently non-existent, and it will most definitely affect my willingness to recommend them to my contacts, even though the actual concrete repair was well done."
