"I am a school teacher and needed to have my kitchen sink and pipes replaced. I live in a 75 year old home that I love and after a complete renovation since 1950. M and M came out the next day after I called. Seth came and worked on my pipes but found they needed to be replaced. He tried multiple times to work with the old galvanized pipes. Today, Sunday, December 18, they came out to replace the pipes completely. This time, Martin and Esmerelda came out and explained everything in understandable language what they were going to do and why. As a customer, they put me at ease and answered all my questions. They also gave me a discount price for the clean out of the lower pipes. Worked through problem and there are always problems. Was pleasant even though my air conditioner went out and the hot water tank was found to be leaking .He can back the next working day and did the tank ,I will use him again for my maybe someday kitc;hen.. Cost was way way below other contractors that do bathover or solid bath walls and steel tub. Cost savings was around 7,000.00. In and out with bathroom 2 days. What I didn’t like was the promise of a work crew and that the job would be finished in one day. Simon worked around 10 hours the first day and over 8 hours the second day. All by himself. I realize that people quit, etc but tell the truth. Don’t promise something you can’t deliver. I felt sorry for Simon having to drive to my house from Indianapolis. But he didn’t complain about it and did a great job."

I was under the misconception that going with the bigger companies meant more money yet, I have had small business owners give extremely high estimates even without expressing the full scope of the job.
