"I just received my walk-in shower to replace my tub/shower combo last week. Corey K. & Shane T. did a wonderful job. They used drop cloths to cover the entire section of flooring from the door to the bathroom. Cleanup was also well done! Still waiting for my corner shelves & it is to be a non-slip floor pan but I felt very unstable on it during my first shower so I purchased a non-slip rubber suction cup bathmat for my own safety. I elected to have a shower door instead of using a shower curtain, but I donâ t care for the way it slides. West Shore Home is sending someone next week to look at it. I slap had trouble activating my warranty for the glass doors but WSH is also looking into that issue as well."

We had our 3rd leak in the main water line in the front yard in just 4 months, so instead of repairing it, yet again, we decided to go ahead and replace the whole line. First of all, you deal directly with Claude Morgan, the owner of the company. He is very responsive, polite, honest, and extremely trustworthy. He came and gave us a quote that was HALF the cost of the larger plumbing company, and he even offered to start the project the next day! "Richard Eppers, the Owner and President of Guardian was actually the technician who serviced my air conditioning unit. He took time to explain how he was going to proceed, and as a senior sheltered during the pandemic, was relieved when he did not enter my home before putting on his mask and covering for his shoes. He found and fixed the problem in a relatively short amount of time, and offered advice on temperature control and future maintenance. Richard was very courteous with being phony, showed genuine concern and was totally professional throughout. In the end we discussed a maintenance agreement, which I decided was the appropriate route to avoid any future "surprises". The agreement was reasonable and I strongly feel, that though had no previous knowledge of this company, based on the Owner, that future technicians will just as professional and knowledgeable. I could not have expected in customer service, from my first call in and expeditious scheduling and followup by the office staff, to the completion of the call by Richard, I would highly recommend Guardian in a heartbeat!. I fully expect any future technicians to show the same professionalism and expertise as their boss."
