"We had to replace both heat pumps. We had a bit of a time crunch as 1 unit had died and the other was having trouble keeping up. David (Project Manager) made a point of walking us through everything we had to consider and made sure the new units we chose would meet our requirements. He did not push the larger, higher priced models. Everyone with the company was very professional and courteous, arranging their schedule to fit us in quickly.
