Steady drip from shower. They tried to make the existing valve work but had to replace it. Turned water on and verified no leakage from new valve or shower head. Noticed my shower mat was folded so they would step on the back of it to access the shower. Little thoughtfulness like that goes a long way with me. Highly recommend.

Answered the phone on the second ring, requested information to help with our garage sink installation. Sent pictures for review and received a quote within 15 minutes along with a date and time for the project to be installed. Very professional and polite, answered all my questions and explained what was needed for the sink installation. Placed towels down to catch any mess and actually shop vacuumed the garage floor. Excellent work, very competitive price (to other quotes), will definitely use again and also to recommend.

I was very impressed with Mr. Chris Massey! I placed a call to him at about 9:10 in the morning to request a quote for a hot water heater replacement. I received his voicemail; however, within only 20 minutes he called me back and was apologetic for missing the original call. I could sense at that point that he was a sincere individual. I explained to him that my electric water heating unit was located in my crawlspace. I also provided him with the dimensions of the tank and its accessibility in said crawlspace. He responded as if he had completed these type of projects countless times in the past. Without even looking at it he gave me a quote right there over the phone. After doing some research I knew that it was a very reasonable one so accepted it immediately. He then told me that he could pick up a new unit and be at my house by around noon. He was actually pulling into my driveway before 11:00 AM. He finished the whole removal/installation process in under two hours and filled me in on everything that he did. He was intelligent, personable and quick. I'd give him 7 stars if I could. This gentleman is truly a class act!

This is our first experience with Home Advisor and I will have to say the best accidental experience ever. C. Massey’s Plumbing will be our first and only plumbing service. Chris contacted us immediately after inquiry and was able to give us a reasonable quote for replacing our gas water heater. He was a pleasure to speak with and meet. Troy arrived on time and was extremely professional with the install and answering any questions we had. We will defiantly be calling C. Massey Plumbing in the future for all of our plumbing needs. Thanks Guys!!

Chris Massey was very responsive. I called that morning and had a new hot water heater installed later that day. No one else could provide that type of service and a good price as well. I contacted 4 other plumbers.

Scheduled appointment/service men appeared on schedule. Both Troy and Tommy came were polite/knowledgeable/good workers. The team was excellent and they wasted no time performing service. Would highly recommend the outfit and would not hesitate to call them again!
