We were dealing with slow drains and a backup in the basement, so I was worried it was going to turn into a huge and expensive issue. The tech arrived on time, was very professional, and explained everything before starting. After clearing the main line, they performed a free sewer camera inspection, which I really appreciated. It gave me peace of mind being able to actually see the condition of the pipe and confirm there were no cracks or major root intrusions causing long-term problems. He first came to do an assessment to get a better sense of what the job would entail and then quoted us a fair price. "This company knocks it out of the park! Steve swapped out a defective faucet for a new one but it was no easy job since the faucet is located in a very tight space. He stuck with it, however, with no complaints. He displayed great attention to detail and even cared enough to label our water and gas line in our basement for ease of use in the future. He also replaced a shut-off valve under the sink that had a slight drip due to age and pointed out what the code would require of our dish washer hook-up. To me, this indicates he really cares about his work and has a desire to do his job well and satisfy his customers. I was also amazed to get a follow-up call from Derek the next day to assure the call went well."

"We initially hired Darren to replace a Formica countertop in our kitchen. Work was performed on time and on budget. Darren respected our privacy, cleaned up after each day, and demonstrated a high quality attitude and approach to the work. Based on the initial work, we asked Darren to make some small repairs, which led to repair or a skylight leak, which led to painting , which led you to multiple rooms of painting, which led to the installation of a new gas cooktop, which led to some electrical lighting replacement.
