    Do not trust this guy Tim. I had him install a new water heater in my house in April 2023. Well when he changed the water heater he did not mentioned that he cut wires from the furnace that was connected to a sensor on the water heater. Come this end of October and when my furnace needed to be turned on. The house filled up with carbon monoxide because of the furnace wires being cut. He almost killed my family! Then I ask him to do the right thing and fix his mistake. He looked at it and told me I needed a whole new set up and it would cost me around $2200. A whole new setup when all he did was changed the water heater incorrectly. I had to hire someone else to fix his mistake.. Do not hire or trust this guy, He takes no accountability and may even put your family in danger.

    Ricardo, you are the one that had an ILLEGAL venting system installed and never told me about it. When I discovered the ILLEGAL venting system I offered to bring it up to code at a discount price for you. But you don't want it fixed. You want someone to make your ILLEGAL venting to work. Don't worry because the City Inspector will explain it all to you, and then you'll be forced to bring your system up to code including the illegal sink in the basement.

    Tim was very good and easy to work with, Very good response on the call in for a need that I had. The bath room was left very clean and the removal of the toilet was good. Just an all over great job.
